1) REFUND POLICY Last updated: October 21, 2026 ALL SALES ARE FINALEvery IceCream&Diamonds piece is a custom, made-to-order item. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, fit, or style preference. DEFECTS AND DAMAGEIf your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its listing, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at icecreamanddiamonds@outlook.com. Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We recommend recording yourself opening the package. Once we review your claim, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. CANCELLATIONSOrders can be cancelled only before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. CUSTOM WORK NOTICEOur pieces are custom aftermarket diamond-set watches. They are not made, modified, or endorsed by the original watch brand, and the original manufacturer's warranty does not apply.
